Multi Community Diversified Services has been providing services to persons with disabilities since 1974. Our clients need support to live and work in their communities.

We provide training in cooking, money management, time management, personal care as well as other basic skills. With over 150 clients served, there are often job opportunities at MCDS.

We have full and part time positions to work at various residential locations in McPherson and Lindsborg. No experience necessary. We provide two weeks paid training and pay increase after 90 days. Driver’s license required.
