GOAL
The goal of the Residential Program is to enable persons served to have the best possible quality of life and independence through integrated community service.
A PLACE TO CALL HOME
Supervised Living-Single family structures for six or fewer persons, usually with private bedrooms but common kitchen, dining room and living room. Persons in this setting frequently need daily supervision and support. Our facilities generally have a staff person available overnight.
Supported living apartments or private homes. These settings generally are for four persons or less. For some, overnight staff are not necessary and for others it is. Frequently, persons in this setting need less supervision, structure, support and training, but this is not always the case. Persons may live in facilities operated by MCDS, or they might live in their own apartment or home.
Independent Living-is a support program to persons living on their own. The program is for adults with disabilities that limit their living independently, but who can do so with minimal support.
